Shippers Export Declaration for In Transit Goods

The In-Transit Declaration Form is prepared for those shipments that are in transit from one foreign country to another while passing through the United States, U.S. Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico. The requirement for the form is for the merchandise exported by general order warehouses and for imported merchandise rejected by the U.S. government and exported.
