Pro Forma Invoices are quite simply quotations used to resemble commercial Invoices. Like a correctly prepared commercial invoice, a Pro Forma
Invoice will include the customer's name and address, any "drop-ship" parties if different from the customer, the terms of the sale and the terms of the payment. It should itemize each item quantity with its unit price as well as an extension for each item quoted. Item totals should all be included.
