International Trade - Entry Summary

This form is used by the U.S. Customs Service to collect duties and taxes on imported merchandise. It is also used to record statistical data on imports and to provide an accurate summary of the import transaction by classification and value. The Entry Summary must be presented to Customs within 10 working days of the release of goods along with the entry package. Generally, goods are released via Entry/Immediate Delivery Form and the Entry Summary Form follows.
