The IATA Shipper's Declaration for Dangerous Goods, required for certain air cargo shipments, is used to convey the fundamental information relating to the relative hazards of the goods being shipped. Information reported includes the shipper, consignee, and nature and quantity of dangerous goods, as well as additional or special handling requirements. Failure to comply yields serious consequences because of international regulations.
